This curving shawl by Anniken Allis features alternating bands of lace and garter stitch, worked in a stripe pattern that uses three complementary shades. Anniken has used the super-soft Suri Alpaca 4-Ply Marl yarn from UK Alpaca, which is spun from combinations of natural alpaca fleece shades for a marled look. Working a picot cast-off gives a pretty finish around the lower edge of the shawl.
