This pattern is worked in mosaic overlay. I chose to make the blanket reversible, and this used three skeins each of the worsted weight yarn I used. Each skein is 812 yards, and I had enough yarn leftover to also make the border, which I did in rounds of mosaic overlay alternating two white, two black. I used an H hook (5mm) for the blanket and a G hook (4mm) for the border.

The finished blanket is 47 x 56 inches before the border. This pattern includes the written instructions, a one page chart and a four page chart for your convenience.
