This sleeping sack / papoose comes in 6 sizes, starting at newborn (see photos for schematic of sizes).

The main body of the work is a continuous cable pattern with turn down edge in rib. A detail along the bottom edge makes it fold perfectly and helps keep its shape. Knitted in one piece, with only one small seam to create the hood.

The cable work looks effective but is not complicated, with no rows using 2 colours at the same time, it achieves an amazing look, knitted in worsted or aran weight yarn.
