Felted Purse. Knit then shrink to felt. Recommended that you use 100% wool for proper felting.

A generously sized hand-held purse. The shape is simple and the tabs at the top are attached before felting to securely hold a wooden handle. Five skeins of Noro Kureyon were used for the variegated bag, three skeins of Cascade 220 were used for the brown. Use a wooden dowel for the handles, or for a fun look, large straight knitting needles may be used (as shown in the picture).

Finished Dimensions: Varies depending on yarn: Noro bag has a base of 14”x5.5” with a height of 10”; the brown bag has a base of 12.5”x5”, with a height of 9”.

Yarn Yardage: 660 yards of Cascade 220, 550 yards of Noro
