This is a fun little jacket inspired by a wonderful young reader series. This jacket is worked from the top down with one seam for the hood. The body of the jacket is worked flat while the sleeves are worked in the round. The sleeves and the bottom hem are worked in a ribbed pattern, as well as the button band. Stitches are picked up along the side edge and the hood for the ribbed button band. This is a great project for knitters both new and experienced.
