The Artilia Hat is a soft, light, and fluffy textured beanie with a comfortable elastic fit. It is worked with one strand of main yarn held together with one strand of mohair, creating an airy, cozy fabric with a gentle halo.
The hat is worked from the bottom up in the round. The textured stitch pattern gives the design depth and character, while the ribbed brim keeps the fit flexible and comfortable. The pattern is written for two sizes: 54-56 cm / 56-58 cm head circumference.

Skill level: intermediate.

Yarn:
Choose one main yarn and one mohair yarn. The two strands are held together throughout.

Main yarn options:
1 skein Cascade Heritage - 75% superwash merino wool, 25% nylon; 400 m / 100 g
or
1 skein Kremke Merry Merino 220 GOTS - 100% merino wool; 220 m / 50 g
or
1 skein Filcolana Arwetta Classic - 80% superwash wool, 20% nylon; 210 m / 50 g
Mohair yarn options:
1 skein Kremke Silky Kid - 72% mohair, 28% silk; 210 m / 25 g
or
1 skein Kremke Kid Cotton - 65% mohair, 35% cotton; 210 m / 25 g
or
1 skein Lang Yarns Lace - 58% superkid mohair, 42% silk; 310 m / 25 g
or
1 skein Filcolana Tilia - 70% kid mohair, 30% silk; 210 m / 25 g

Gauge:
22-23 sts per 10 cm in stockinette stitch, after washing and drying completely.

Needles:
3 mm circular needles with a 40 cm cable,
3 mm circular needles with an 80 cm cable, or DPNs of the same size for the crown,
markers,
tapestry needle.
