This pattern is not test-knit!

I saw this amazing hat in Finland last year, and have wanted to knit something like it ever since. Only I live where the wind goes through everything, so I need the hat to be double fabric in the critical areas, and that is just not incorporated in any pattern I have seen. So this is my version of a cool (warm) hat. And by the way, it’s not even close to looking like the one I saw in Finland, but I still think it’s cool. And it’s definitely warm.

Size is up to you, just follow the instructions and the finished product is guaranteed to fit your intended hat-wearer.

All written instructions.

Knit in the round, from bottom to top. You need at least two colours, one of which is supposed to be homespun. You may cheat if you wish, but it’s your conscience…
