This is an easy to knit dog designed by Sardines For Tea and highly regarded, much published designer, Sue Jobson.

This pattern includes: instructions to make Hattie and her dress, a list of abbreviations, a materials list and recommended yarns. The pattern is written in English.

Techniques: You will need to be able to cast on and off, knit, purl, knit stitches together, pass slip stitch over, slip 1, knit and purl through back of loop and sew seams.

You will need:

1 pair 6.5mm (US 10.5), 3.75mm (US 5), 3.25mm (US 3), knitting needles.
1 100gm Hank of Sirdar Touch yarn in shade 0011.
Small amount of grey cotton DK for nose and black for eyes.
Approx 35g Sirdar grey Cotton shade 520 and approx 15g white Cotton shade 501 for Hattie’s dress.
1 Button for dress if desired.
Toy filling.
1 tapestry needle.
