A haven is a safe place, a harbor, a shelter from the world. You might find it at your home, with your loved ones, or lost in a favourite book. It is a place where you can heal and find peace. Many find their haven in the act of knitting. Each stitch is an act of care, each row a meditation on peace. Haven is a crescent shawl featuring simple blocks of lace surrounded by striped garter stitch. Its simple construction and generous size make it a perfect pattern to find comfort in, both in making it and wearing it.
