The Pattern
The pattern can be knitted in different weights of yarn. If knitted in aran weight yarn (worsted, 10ply) it gives an owl approx 20cm tall.
Use a needle size one smaller than you would usually with the yarn. suitable for hand spun yarn
suitable for using up odds and ends
approx 120-200m main colour
approx 20-30m contrast for breast
approx 20m contrast for beak and feet
approx 20 for eyes

approx 100m optional for hat
