Hazelnut Sweater
DESCRIPTION
The lace pattern of subtle triangles is inspired by the form of hazelnuts, translating their natural geometry into a soft, tactile knit. The light brown color gives the sweater a warm and natural feel.
The sweater is seamlessly knitted in a dedicated pattern from the top down. The back is worked first, followed by the shoulders. Once the back and fronts are joined, they are knitted together in the round and finished with a 1x1 rib hem. The sleeves are then worked in the round, with two options included: a straight sleeve with a few decreases at the cuff, or a more fitted sleeve that tapers slightly toward the elbow. Finally, the stitches are picked up along the neckline to make the neckband.
