I love my “HDC Diamonds” Blanket design, with its crisp DIAMONDS made using the HDC stitch and I wanted to design a SQUARE using the same concept.

---- “HDC DIAMOND ” Square ----
These squares have a cute design and are great for stash busting and using up various scraps of yarn.

• Pattern is written in US terms.

• Yarn: Worsted weight (4) yarn.

• Hook size: J (6.0 mm).

• Using worsted weight (4) yarn and a size J hook, squares measure approx: (Height = 8”) x (Length = 9”).

• Any weight of yarn can be used with a suitably size hook. (Square size will of course be determined by yarn weight, hook size and individual tension.)

• Approx. 64 - 68 yards per square.

• Squares have 29 STS across the TOP/BOTTOM & 21
STS along BOTH SIDES.

STITCHES USED: CH, SC, HDC.
