This is a great beginners pattern to quickly work up some festive pumpkins for Halloween or fall décor.
You’ll need about 80 yards of yarn, a 5 mm crochet hook, some cinnamon sticks (or something comparable for the stems, such as twigs), and stuffing.
Stitches used are HDC and Chain. There are optional instructions for using the foundation HDC.

For bigger pumpkins use a bulkier yarn and matching hook.
