Sizes are tough. Heads come in all different shapes and sizes and yarn of the same weight can have varying amounts of stretch. I have based my sizing on the heads in my family and friends. I’m no longer shy about whipping out my knitting and asking a random friend to try something on

If using my gauge the size ranges should fit the following head circumferences
1-2yr – 17/18 inches (3-6yr – 19/20 inches, youth/small adult – 21/22 inches, adult – 23/24 inches)
