This design is a casual top with a classic checkerboard and heart pattern.
This pattern only requires Chain, Single crochet, Double crochet, so it is beginner-friendly and simple to make.
The body part worked in one piece from the bottom up, and the shoulder straps are worked separately. You can adjust the length of the straps as you desire.
Work the stitches as indicated by the symbols in the chart.
If you want to make the body longer, simply add checkerboard sections at the top and bottom.
