This Heart Granny Square Cardigan is an easy and fun way to spice up your wardrobe. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, date night, or just to look extra cute!

I saw a photo of this cardigan and couldn’t find a pattern, so I freehanded it from the photo with my own modifications. Posting about it on the Crocheting Sister’s instagram, lots of people were interested in how I made it, so thus this pattern was born!

This pattern is written in US terms and I made a US Women’s Size Large (for fit).

Materials needed:
At least 2 colors of worsted weight yarn (one for hearts and one for background/seaming)
5 mm (H) crochet hook
Scissors
Tapestry Needle
