The Heart to Heart pattern is a simple repeating pattern, perfect for beginners using mosaic overlay technique. The size for this pattern can be adjusted by including or deleting repeats.
I have used DK yarn with a 4mm hook, however, this pattern can be worked using any yarn. If using a different yarn gauge will be adjusted.
