A simple heart pattern worked in the round, which can be tiny - hence the name - or much bigger, depending on the yarn and needles used. I used two hearteenies to make earrings, but you could use them for many other purposes, for example phone danglies, bracelet charms, and necklaces if using thinner yarn and needles, or perhaps coasters or facecloths of using a thicker yarn and larger needles.
