I used 8ply (DK) yarn with a 4mm (6) hook.
This is a large blanket measuring approximately 180cm (74.5”) width by 204cm (80.5”) length.
Each block is 12 x 13 squares and each block measures18cm (7”) wide by 17cm (6.75”) high when using 8ply (DK) with a 4mm (6) hook.
I used Stylecraft Special DK for this pattern and my colour palette is listed in the pattern. This pattern is great for using ‘stash’ yarn so you can change it up as you go……and increase or decrease the size to suit.
Each palette consists of 2 colours making a total of 8 squares (120 squares in total)
