The Heartstring Trims are a part of my series of patterns that use my Breakaway Crochet Method.

The trims use a BRAND NEW technique for working continuous motifs, so no long chains, no sewing, and no yarn tails! Two styles of heart-shaped motifs can be mixed and matched to make a variety of projects.

They can be worked with just about any kind of yarn and can be sewn to items as a trim, used as a border, or incorporated into stand alone projects. Smaller projects are great for using leftover bits of yarn.

Please follow me on Instagram (lisawiddy) to see interesting ideas on how to use the trims.

I also recommend that you learn the basic techniques required to work these trims by:

You will also need to understand the concepts presented in the 2-round motif video tutorial.
