Heartwood is an easy to knit baby blanket that is adaptable to any colour scheme.

The textured stripe pattern is easy to work and really effective in the finished blanket. Instructions are given for two stripe and four stripe versions.

The pattern is suitable for the beginner knitter with a little experience. The techniques used are all straightforward and the pattern is easily remembered so makes a great take along or TV project.

Stripe sequences boxes are given for the samples shown but there are two spare sets of boxes for you to colour in your own for easy reference.
