This circular yoke pullover is worked top-down in the round, seamlessly, with a main background color and contrast stripe accents. A variation of Garter stitch & Stockinette Stripes create a subtle yet tactile effect. Heartwood Stripes features a folded-collar and Herringbone stitch sleeve cuffs for that little bit of extra texture fun!

Heartwood Stripes is knit primarily in the round, with exception for German short rows incorporated below the collar, to raise the back of the neck slightly. This pullover is designed to fit with 1-4” / 2.5-10 cm of positive ease, to allow for a relaxed & comfortable fit.

This pattern is written for Sport weight yarn, although in pattern testing a variety of yarns were used ranging from Sport – light DK – DK, all with great results.
