7th February 2019. Please note: I have published an update with better stitch descriptions. The older version of the pattern has been deleted.

An easy Tunisian crochet pattern for a simple and elegant shawlette. The elongated triangular shape with tapered points is convenient to wear and handle.

You can make it in any size from a neck kerchief to full size, depending on your choice and how much yarn you have. The given size used less than 200 gm of yarn.

The project was designed for variegated yarn, but it would look good in a plain colour, too. Gauge needn’t be very accurate and the stitch pattern produces a fabric with a soft and comfortable drape.

This is a nice project for beginners but experienced crocheters will find it works up very quickly, making it an ideal gift for a friend - or for yourself!
