This is an easy cable knit pattern for 4 sizes of pumpkins using super-bulky weight yarn — for quick and beautiful results! The colour possibilities are endless - solid colours, tweeds, scrappy, and variegated all look great! - and you can be creative with choosing natural or purchased items for the stems and or leaves. I’ve included a bonus section for knitting your own i-cord stem and tendrils. The simple cables add textural interest and a cozy feel.

Mini Pumpkin - approximately 4.5” in diameter and 2.25” tall, 20 yards required.
Small Pumpkin - approximately 6” in diameter and 3” tall, 42 yards required.
Medium Pumpkin - approximately 7” in diameter and 4” tall, 70 yards required.
Large Pumpkin - approximately 8.25” in diameter and 4.5” tall, 89 yards required
