Helianthae are knee-high socks decorated with a stunning, large sunflower pattern. The socks are worked cuff-down and feature a French heel. The all-over colorwork is a fairly easy pattern thanks to short floats and I recommend working it in just C1 and C2. You can duplicate stitch C3 and C4 onto the finished pair to give the design more umph. The pattern is written to be worked on a long circular needle using magic loop technique but you can work the socks on dpns just as well.
