in Stockinette stitch
US 10 - 6.0 mm

Requires 5 skeins of specified yarn.

Designer notes:
This scarf looks more complicated than it is, as none of the rows are more than nineteen stitches wide, and many are a lot less. The loop fur stitch disguises the reverse of the cable, but the scarf looks equally good, and uses less yarn, if the looped areas are replaced with reverse stockinette stitch.

Remember to pick up the wrapping loop around the stitch and work it together with the stitch either knitwise or purlwise as the stitch dictates and as they appear.

Additional supplies:

  • Cable needle
  • Stitch holder
