Rhythmic lace, simple shaping, and gorgeous yarn are all the ingredients necessary for the perfect springtime shawl, and Helmsley is just that. Worked in Vireo, a lovely blend of Tencel and wool, this shawl features fabulous drape, a subtle sheen, and stitch definition that makes the lace motif simply pop. The easily-memorized lace pattern is balanced out with soothing stockinette, and simple decreases worked every fourth row for a long, lightweight accessory you’ll love wearing during the warm weather months.

PATTERN NOTES
This shawl is knit flat from the bottom up, starting at the widest edge and decreasing to the tip. You may wish to place stitch markers between each repeat of the Horseshoe Lace pattern to help you stay on track.

Please note that this shawl makes the most of 2 skeins of Vireo. You may wish to purchase an extra skein of yarn as insurance, and you will need to unravel your swatch.
