Hemlock Scarf
BEGINNER-FRIENDLY TRIANGLE CROCHET SCARF!
Meet The Hemlock Scarf, a beautifully moody and dramatic color fade crochet scarf that’s perfect for fall accessorizing! This simple-to-crochet triangle scarf features easy-to-follow repeat rows and showcases stunning hand-dyed DK weight yarn, making it a fabulous addition to your cool weather wardrobe.
The Hemlock Scarf is a textured dream, created by alternating double crochet stitches worked in the back and front loops. The scarf is made with an easy-to-crochet six-row repeat that alternates double crochet stitches worked in the back and front loops. It creates the most gorgeous texture with incredible stitch definition and drape! The scarf is designed with a color fade in mind, beginning with the lightest color fading into the darkest color and then ending with the contrast yarn. This can be customized to achieve the look you want, and this is a great project for using up scraps or partial skeins or even mini skeins. The black yarn is used for open stitch rows to provide just enough contrast to enhance the color fade without overwhelming it. The color fade crochet scarf is finished with several rows in the contrast color for a dramatic finish.
