Cables and bobbles are the types of knit stitches that immediately make us think of winter weather. Combine them both in an accessory set, and you’re ready for any snowy day ahead! The Hemlock Set uses our Deluxe Worsted Superwash yarn in the color Mistletoe, which will stand out as a beautiful pop of color against the snowflakes outside. Cables and bobble stitches dance along the twisted headband and front of the mittens, creating a classic set you’ll wear for many snow days to come.

PATTERN NOTES
This headband is knit flat, beginning with one end, and working to the other. The headband is split at the midpoint and the two ‘sides’ are worked separately for a specific length, then a cross is made in the middle, and it is joined again and worked in one piece to the end. Seam the ends together using mattress stitch, or your preferred method for seaming.

These mittens are worked in the round from the bottom up.
