Henri is a budding artist, sketching at the Louvre in Paris with their palette at the ready. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toys are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). Worked predominantly in stockinette with knitted stripes, and the palette incorporates Kitchener stitch grafting.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 5)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; up to 25g in each colour

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, buttons to decorate the palette and toy filling.

One size only - Henri is approximately 13cm tall (including the beret).

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
