Beautiful chevrons give rich texture to stunning hand dyed yarns. This matching beret and fingerless mitts set feature chevron bands knit perpendicular to the rest of the piece. The hat is knit from the top down and a nice little trick allows you to knit the band directly onto the crown. The mitts start with the cuff and then stitches are picked up along the edge to form the hand. Both pieces are finished off with decorative buttons.
