Autumn is a magical season when the air turns cooler and the foliage put on a display of colours. It’s one of my favorite seasons and definitely marked by falling leaves. Herbstblätter (Autumn leaves in German), is captured by the falling leaves along the front panel with some simple twisted ribbing along the back.

The pattern is knit cuff-down, with the magic loop method, but can easily be adapted for toe-up and DPNs, if you prefer. This is a relaxing knit for the cooler autumn days ahead for any adventurous beginner, or intermediate knitter.
