Herringbone
The Herringbone Scarf is one of those special patterns that appears to be much harder to knit than it really is. The resulting stitch pattern almost appears woven instead of knitted and is accomplished by a series of slipped stitches. The overall look of the scarf can be easily altered by merely working in one or more colors for each section. With much to learn, this scarf can be an easy way to learn various techniques that will enhance any knitting journey.
