CONSTRUCTION:
HEXAD is a top down, seamless pullover with raglan sleeves and a center cable and lace panel. The sleeves have lace detailing at the cuff that echoes the center front.

After casting on and working the neckline ribbing, the back neckline is raised with short rows. The body and sleeves are then increased until they are separated at underarm. The body is continued until the optional high-low hem which is created with short rows. Sleeves are worked in the round at the end.

SKILL:
Easy to Intermediate - increases, decreases, simple cables, lace stitching, short rows, putting stitches on hold and working later

SIZES:
XS (S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X)
Chest Circ - 30.5 (34.5, 38.5, 42.5, 46.5, 50.5, 54.5, 58.5, 62.5)“ / 77.5 (87.5, 98, 108, 118, 127.5, 138.5, 148.5, 159) cm

EASE:
This sweater is designed to have +2-4” / +5-10 cm at the chest with form fitting sleeves. If you decide to go with less ease you may find you need to modify the sleeves.

YARN:
HEXAD uses fingering weight yarn. Sample is made with Valley Yarns, Charlemont in Thistle

GAUGE:
24 sts x 35 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stocking stitch with larger needles, blocked

Note: This is a looser gauge than normal for this yarn to ensure the garment has beautiful drape. The yarn used also has silk content which adds to the effect.

NEEDLES:
US # 4 / 3.5 mm and US #3 / 3 mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge

ADDITIONAL TOOLS:
Cable needle, 6 stitch markers (1 should be different to indicate beginning of rnd)
