This pattern is available for $3.50.

This can be used as a trivet/hot pad and as a small oven mitt.

I used almost one whole ball of Peaches & Creme Stripey to make one, but if your stitches are more loose, you might need additional yarn.

This pattern is 7 pages (including a cover page), with step by step instructions and photos so you can make your own Hexagon Trivet Mitt.

Using the supplies listed below, my trivet turned out to be about 7 inches wide and 7 inches tall.

Patterns aren’t refundable, but I’m happy to help if you have any questions, so please feel free to reach out if you need.

I would test with caution as an oven mitt since your hand will be inside it with only the one layer of cluster stitches between you and the hot item. I’ve been fine, but I always like to tell people to be cautious when handling any hot items.
