Looking for a new style of temperature blanket? Try out the Hexi Temp Blanket. Each hexagon represents the temperature for one day. The inner circle tracks the low temperature while the outer rows track the high temperature.

I chose to use Stylecraft DK Batik yarns for this project, but any DK-weight yarn would work. Using a larger yarn will result in a larger blanket.

As an alternate worsted-weight yarn, I chose Herrschners Worsted-8 Specks.

The amount of yarn will vary depending on the temperature, so I can only estimate how much yarn you will need. I chose seven colors. I think I will likely use 3-4 skeins of each color.

While my blanket is still in process, I believe it the dk version will end up being approximately twin-size when complete and the worsted-weight version will be approximately king-size.
