Inspired by H.G from Warehouse 13, these fingerless mitts feature simple lace and clean lines which you see a lot in her wardrobe. I think these would be something Helena would wear.

Worked from the bottom up and with a thumb gusset, they work up quite quickly and suits variegated to solid colourways. The pattern includes charts and written instructions, and tips for resizing.

I used Nerd Girl Yarns in the wonderful ‘H.G.’ colourway on Bounce & Stomp base which has great stitch definition. You use only half a skein, so you can knit two pairs of mitts out of one skein! It can be found here

The mitts are written in one size. They measure 17cm in circumference un-stretched and 22cm in length. They are very stretchy and were designed to be a snug fit, I have tested them on family and they fit a variety of sizes.

Happy Knitting!
