-The H&H Sweater features a unique design with contrasting stitch patterns on the left and right halves. It is designed with a drop shoulder and an oversized fit, with approximately 20 cm of positive ease at the bust.
This sweater is worked top-down, beginning with the back cast-on. The shoulder shaping is created using stitch patterns and German Short Rows.
Stitches are then picked up from the back shoulders to work each front shoulder. The front and back are worked flat to the armhole depth, then joined in the round to continue the body, which is finished with a ribbed hem.
The body length is adjustable.
Sleeves are worked by picking up stitches around the armholes and knitting in the round with patterning and decreases, then finished with ribbing.
To maintain the stitch flow with decreases worked in moss stitch, both long sleeve and short sleeve versions are included. The length difference (excluding ribbing) is approximately 3 cm, and sleeve length is adjustable.
For the neckline, one round of single crochet is worked before switching to knitting needles for the neck ribbing. This step is optional.
The ribbing is designed in stockinette stitch to create a naturally rolled edge.
