This is a basic ‘beanie’ type hat with a twist. The edge is constructed in a narrow band, using cables, which can be grafted into a circle or sewn. Stitches are then picked up and the rest of the hat made in stocking stitch. A jaunty pom-pom finishes it off - details of where pom-pom was purchased are also given. It’s knit using two strands of 4ply, with 4mm needles, but can equally made with double knit yarn.
