Uses Estonian yarn, Fiber (coton rustique, cotton 100%), or Lana Colonia (61 % cotton, 34% silk, 5 % linen).

In addition to the more demanding projects calling for total concentration, I always have something with me that just slips from the needle, which is also how the shawl came about. I wanted to knit something large without having to count or watch out the whole time. You simply can’t do anything wrong with this shawl.
If you’ve forgotten the 4 YOs in the last row of the pattern you can make them up on the next row. It is also not a problem if you have more than 5 YOs on the needle, the “little heart” will simply be larger. If in one row you knit instead of purl 2 stitches, it is still not a problem. With the “corkscrews” it can be 20 throughout (or 17 as with the lilac coloured shawl) or also sometimes 19 (or 18 or 16) stitches. Just whatever you feel like!

Neben den anspruchsvolleren Projekten, die die ganze Aufmerksamkeit fordern, habe ich immer etwas dabei, was einfach so von der Nadel gleitet. So ist auch dieser Schal entstanden, ich wollte etwas größeres stricken, ohne die ganze Zeit aufpassen oder zählen zu müssen. Bei diesem Schal kann man einfach nichts falsch machen. Hat man bei der letzten Reihe des Musters die 4 Umschläge vergessen, holt man die in der nächsten Reihe nach. Hat man mehr als 5 Umschläge auf den Nadeln, ist auch kein Problem, das „Herzchen“ wird einfach größer. Strickt man in einer Reihe 2 Maschen nicht links, sondern rechts, no problema. Bei den „Korkenziehern“ können es durchgehend 20 (oder 17 wie bei dem lila Schal) oder auch mal 19 (oder 18 oder 16) Maschen sein. Alles je nach Lust und Laune.
