This is a classically shaped cardigan with a shawl collar that looks great with trousers as well as with a skirt or a dress. The pattern is easy to knit for a confident knitter. The length of the cardigan can be altered to suit individual taste and the border can be elaborate or a simple moss stitch. The pattern features raglan sleeves. I have knitted the sample in a gorgeous DK alpaca yarn but this could be substituted for another DK yarn with the same tension.
