This simple vest is knit completely in one piece, and then seamed at the sides and pockets. It begins at the bottom of the back, includes waist and armhole shaping, then short rows for the shoulders. The vest then splits in half for each side of the front to be worked separately in the same manner as the back, and splits again at the waist to create the pockets. It has a beautiful texture and makes a great layering piece when camping, hiking, or just enjoying cool weather.
