This pattern is beginner friendly and is written for 4 weights: Bulky, and Light Super Bulky, and Worsted! Use up your scraps and get ready to mix and match colors!
Materials:
Needles/Yarn: (Alternate yarn in specified weights can be used. Yarn listed is what was used for this pattern to obtain approximate yardage amount.)
Light Super Bulky- US size 11 / 8 mm 16” circular needles
Color A: 62 yds, Color B: 30 yds (Malabrigo Noventa)
Bulky- US size 10.5 / 6.5 mm 16”circular needles
Color A: 67 yds, Color B: 33 yds (Malabrigo Chunky)
Light Bulky- US size 10/ 6 mm 16” circular needles
Color A: 80 yds, Color B: 36 yds (Malabrigo Mecha)
Worsted- US size 8/ 5 mm 16” circular needles
Color A: 92 yds, Color B: 42 yds (Malabrigo Rios)
Scissors, stitch markers, tapestry needle, measuring tape
Optional Dpn’s for decrease. I was able to complete decrease on circular needles.
Gauge: (Knit in Stockinette)
Light Super Bulky- 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 11 sts x 16 rows (Noventa US size 11/ 8 mm circular needles)
Bulky- 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 12 sts x 18 rows (Chunky US size 10.5/ 6.5 mm circular needles)
Light Bulky- 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 14 sts x 22 rows (Mecha US size 10/ 6 mm circular needles)
Worsted- 4x4”/ 10 x 10 cm = 18 sts x 26 rows (Rios US size 8/ 5 mm circular needles)
