English

“Nature has an innate rhythm to it. If you look down to the cellular level of the plants that surround you, you can see this rhythm reflected in tiny geometric forms.

After some playing around, this playful and leafy diamond shape started to reveal itself. It adds depth and texture to the garment, reflecting the richness and complexity of the forest.

This design incorporates the motif into the special moments of a sweater — beautiful saddle shoulders that flow down each arm into the patterned cuff and an Aran-esque front panel that is replicated in the hem.”
– Jimmy Myers

This is a top down, saddle shoulder sweater. The saddles are worked separately. Stitches are then picked up for the back and front yokes with each piece worked flat to the underarm. The body is then joined in the round and worked down to the hem. Sleeves are picked up from the armhole and worked down to the cuff to ensure the perfect try-on-as-you-go fit.
