Hitty Underclothes
Hitty is a small wooden doll created from the book “Hitty and Her First Hundred Years”. I purchased the doll many years ago and recently gifted her to my granddaughter. She loves to dress the little doll and requested underwear that would not “slip off” as she was dressing the doll. Thus, the pattern creation! This pattern will fit the mini dolls on the market of the same size.
The garment is made from the legs up. Each leg is knit in the round and then connected to continue with the body portion. Straps continue from the body in an I-cord and fasten on the back upper border with small snaps.
