This is a Norwegian hat worn by Hjalmar Johan Andersen “Hjallis”, a Norwegian speed skater who won the most decisive victory in the men’s 10,000-metre event in Olympic history in the early 1950s.

The pattern is in Norwegian, but can easely be translated - just send me a mail - although I’m expecting this hat to have most interest among Norwegian Hjallis fans :)
