This pattern is available from nunomagazine.com for $5.00.

Note: the $5 price for Nuno magazine includes another knitting pattern (the Uxmal Clutch), and a lot of non-knitting craft projects (about 20 total). Most of the projects use all or mostly recycled/reclaimed materials.

This soft and fuzzy cowl can be worn in two different ways. Wear it right side out and it’s a plain, floppy cowl. Turn it inside out, and you can cinch it snug with two attached ties. Want to wear it simple and floppy again? Just stow the ties, securing them through the nearly-invisible loops, turn the cowl right side out, and your ties are hidden until you want to use them again.

The pattern calls for DK yarn, but it can also be made using two strands of a lighter-weight yarn.
