When I moved from Europe to Canada, I did not realize winters would be this cold. Of course my cars don’t have remote starters and it is freezing when I get into my car. With my love of yarn, I knew I would be able to fix that problem. And I did! If my Oma was still alive I would have made her one to keep her lap cozy while looking out the window or sitting in the wheelchair while she was being pushed around the park. I can only imagine how much the hockey moms all around Canada need this blanket in the arena’s.

Please note that even though the pattern asks for a circular needle, you will not be working in the round, but rather regular rows back and forth. It is designed to fit for teens and adults.

In the Loops & Threads Charisma I used one skein per colour, using three skeins total.
