Holiday Tee is a seamless top-down T-shirt with a clean minimalist silhouette, comfortable fit, and approximately 10-12 cm of positive ease. The construction begins with the neckline, followed by short-row back neck shaping with wrapped stitches and shoulder strap shaping. The yoke is then worked in the round with increases for the front, back, and sleeves. The body and sleeves are finished with optional ribbing or a simple stockinette bind-off.

Skill level: Intermediate and above.

Sizes: XS (EU 40) / S (EU 42) / M (EU 42-44) / L (EU 46-48) / XL (EU 50-52) / XXL (EU 54-56)

Gauge:
20 sts * 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch after washing and blocking. The sample gauge was achieved with 3.5 mm needles; use the needle size needed to obtain the correct gauge. Make a swatch larger than 10 x 10 cm, as silk and some plant-based yarns may stretch after washing.

Needles and tools:

  • 3.5 mm circular needles with a 40-80 cm cable, or the needle size needed to obtain gauge,
  • 3.0 mm needles for ribbing,
  • spare cable or waste yarn,
  • tapestry needle,
  • stitch markers,
  • scissors and measuring tape,
  • row counter.

The pattern includes charts, technical drawings, and detailed photo tutorials to guide you through the construction and key techniques.
