This is my first attempt at publishing a pattern, so please let me know if anything is not clear! I’ll be honest and tell you that I designed this and knit this in 90 minutes. The photo is from my phone and I uploaded this that same evening.

Holly’s Hat is currently available in one size. Holly (pictured) is a 15 pound Chinese Crested. This should fit smaller dogs with no problem. However it was too small on my 23 pound Pom-Poodle-Peke mix.

Gauge is not critical, and I did not swatch given that the swatch would be larger than the FO. Any worsted yarn should work, and I used size US5 needles. If you are a tight knitter, I recommend using US6 needles.

The rainbow sample was made using Red Heart Kids and US5 needles.

The red sample was made using Cascade 220 and US5 needles.
